Bad customer service and no transparency

Iv had bad service since day 1 with webuycars in capetown Richmond branch i drove from George to Richmond to go finalise a deal just to see the car leak lots of oil i was mininformed by Jevazz the salesman that assisted me,all he said was sorry sir .i drove all the way back to George ,went into webuycars George told the salesman my bad experience with the branch in Richmond only to be treated the same its 7 days now and im still sitting waiting for my car,i went in to speak to the branch manager in George today just to be told it will be sorted out on monday ,this is realy bad customer service
