Bad customer service

Bought a Chevy Spark 1.2 Campus. The agent (Margo) wasn’t honest from the moment I had to collect the car, the oil was leaking after they did their major service before handover. Mind you, I got my car late after signing and the car was still not serviced. After the service the car had a clicking sound and I reported it and they took forever to fix it. Then I enquired again to let them know that rain water was coming into the car and that it wasn’t starting unless I stepped onto the accelerator but no response. I took it to get serviced myself and the spark plugs were tied so tight that it ruined the compression of the car. Now I have a car that’s not moving but I’m still paying for it. I have enquired and I am waiting for a call back to fix the matter at hand and nothing is being addressed. Wouldn’t recommend you buying a car here as a woman, they will take you for a ride you won’t enjoy. Now I’m back to using Ubers to get to work and the reason I bought a car was because I don’t feel safe in an Uber.
