Bad customer service.

I went to webuycars.co.za to purchase a vehicle 8nder finance. I never got assigned to any sales man and just before that they called me on Friday (by Henry) to send me a quotation for a service before they bring the car.I was advised that the car would be delivered on Sat the 3rd but they said the car would be ready today.I tried whatsapping Henry,hr hardly responds and doesn't have the enthusiasm and tenacity for his position.I'm now sitting with no car and have to get to work later on. I asked the guy Henry what was actually going on and to no response on his WhatsApp work number.I am very disappointed at the kind of customer service experience that I had at the Jhb South branch by Henry.
