Bad Customer Service

This lady TASHNEEKA JACOBIE from Corner of Montague Drive and Freedom Way, Montague Gardens, Cape Town 7441, has a poor customer service, I did an online application with in the next morning she was first to send me an email to say that my application has been pre-approved I must send my documents for validations 6days later am still waiting for feedback. I don't care if is an approval or a decline which I feel is a right thing to do CUSTOMER SERVICE.
