Bad customer service

I bought a car on the 12th of July drove it for two months only for the car to break down I then mailed we buy cars to get the rmi dealerships they work with in my area to take it in, got the diagonist report along with the quote for my warranty and the shortfall which we buy cars should be covering sent them the email on Tuesday and went in, I was assisted by a guy by the name of Ruan who reassured me that my claim will be attended too, that was Tuesday the 8th of November and was told turn around time is 12 to 24 working days today is the 11th of November I have sent countless whatsapps messages as I was told not to use that number Ruan gave me to call him, spent 100's of money on airtime just to call we buy cars with no resolution
