Bad customer after care service

The third review about the same problem My vehice has been collected it is almost a month ago. We buy cars is from that time busy to escalate the deal for cancellation. I send emails everytime there is just other things that needs to be done before they can escalate. The car is at their branch but still they don't care about me Wynand Pieters and Dean Blackbeard don't even bother to reply on my emails neither did customer care complaints contact as per previous review log. I am sitting stranded and they did not flippen bother the hell of me. If you dont resolve my issue in the next week I will take a taxi and go to the nearest branch and take a vehicle it is unacceptaple, **** service and I am really fedup to entertain your **** service. I WANT MY MONEY ASAP!!!!

I don't understand everyones contact me but no-one resolve my complaint 'senior mangement is discussing this matter in detail as it is and old transaction'. (A transaction that they made old because they was supposed to collect the vehicle last year but the same senior management decides not to collect it but to do repairs instead. I dont feel it is fair that they ignore me and now I must flippen pay for their own **** decisions last year. I dont feel it is fair thet they inconvenient me for their problematic vehicle I dont think they would have that patience with any other gargae if you they was in my shoes a month ago no vehicle and no money flippne unacceptable. The thing is this complaint was address immediately after I experience the problem last year 2 months after I bought the vehicle. Wynand Pieters I am still waiting on you. no vehicle no nothing, no xmas shopping can't even take my kids too the beach, imagine you are without a car the second year december? that I am in this **** because of you. I WANT MY MONEY ASAP. I will never ever do business with you never my worst nightmare
