bad condition cars and poor service

We bought a car at we buy cars cruze last we Thursdays. On the derka report only mentioned tyres, windscreen and stabilezer bar. Tuesday 26 we discovered that the car has mixed water with oil, went to we buy cars they refused to take a car We must log a concern we did the called said they will send us form they haven’t. On my way to return the car todaY got stucked wen i call them they hang up the phone. Erol Jacobs the sales person very useless while i was explaining to him the problem he takes the phone and call other clients not giving me attention
