Bad compliant response

I bought a car on Saturday on Sunday the vehicle reveals faults that were never disclosed i parked the car because is not safe to use it, I have a log a call on Monday was directed to the website to log a complaint i did that since then nothing happened, my children did not go to school on Monday and Tuesday because they didn't have transport today i paid Uber 400 to transport them this totally unacceptable i don't have 400 to give everyday since my savings I've used to buy this vehicle and i wanted a reliable vehicle hence i went to all their branches looking for such vehicle. I feel they lack sense of urgency the one they have when you buy from them. Im now becoming a nuisance to people asking for ride while i bought a car that lasted 1 day.
