Bad client service

I bought a car on the 22 of July which was financed via their in-house finance Gomo. The consultant that was assisting me with the sale is Lizelle at their Johannesburg branch and the sales agent is Ashley Naidoo. I was told that they will send my license registration documents including the disc at their Silver lakes branch and it was never sent. I am currently driving around with a car that is not licensed and when I call the consultant that was assisting she ignores my texts and hangs up my calls. What am o supposed to do in this situation?
