Bad buy of a caravan

Haloo, whe bought a caravan from whe buy cars dome and as whe where told that the caravan whas complete with all its tents and poles for the rally tent and main tent and added room. The poles inside caravan didint even fits two no tents that whas in caravan and whe where told that they ill assist us on this matter because they didint tjek or fitted the tents. Whe had to get tent poles made for this caravan that cost us a petty penny and now they dont even phone you back when you phone them regarding to the email they send that states that oure claim are declined. They are a bunch of *****s taking youre money and selling you a caravan that they didint even tjek and makes it the buyers problem. Please dont purchase any thing from them because there after service is terrible.
