Bad Buy Cherry

My brother and I purchases a 2011 Cherry QQ3 on 8 November 2018 from WeBuyCars, Midstream, for my sister (age 70), to assist her after her car was sc****d by a taxi. Knowing that any vehicle you purchases is "voetstoots" nobody could inform us on the condition of the car and as WeBuyCars do not carry any guarantee or does't do any small repair on the vehicle before the selling off, we where very disappointing afterwards. 1 First they could not provide us with an invoice as the IT system "crashed" 2 No registration certificate available. 3 The left rear tyre had a cut right through the tyre and had to be replaced (two new rear tyres). Difficult to check tyres on floor. 4 Electric windows not operative and replace window regulator 5 Front disc's and disc pads to be replaced, cannot pass roadworthy 6 Rear view mirror broken, repair with glue and need to be replaced for roadworthy 7 Replace stabilizer bar for roadworthy 8 Rear spoiler broken and glued onto car. Total repair cost from Menlyn Multifranchise is R12 400.00, quotation can be provided. After various phone calls to obtain the registration certificate it was eventually arranged, via emails, for collection on Friday, 16 November 2018 just to find out that my sister must come in person to do the collection after a person was sent there by arrangement. Bad arrangement. This purchasing was unacceptable, the condition of the car unsatisfactorily and I will never recommend anybody to purchase a car from WeBuyCars and the advert on TV should be corrected by utilizing social media.
