Bad business by we buy cars

Hi, my mum just bought a car from we buy cars on 05 Dec 2021 and barely drove it. I'm sure from time she bought it must definitely not even 100km driven. On Saturday 11 Dec 2021 she was driving this car and it now wnt take gears, it's revving up but not moving. My 71 year old mum has been saving her monies for 30 years and buys this car from we buy cars for R160k for it to just pack up within a few days. We called we buy cars they asked us to log a complaint on their site. We did that next morning my mum got a call telling her they WI send someone out to check it then we get a call telling us that they not sending anyone and that there's nothing they can do as the problem happened 5 days after the purchase and they only give 2 days. This I tnk is nonsense seeing that the mileage of the car since bought barely moved, the car was barely used.

Please can you help my mum. She 71 years old n put everything she had onto buying this car.

We buy cars is really of no help and if they were so confident in their quality and service they would not be hesitant to help see what the problem is so soon after purchase.

Hellopeter plz help my mum this is her entire life savings here..
