Bad bad service and info

I was interrested in a duke 390 . According to pics the bike was in a very good condition. After paying the 5k as a reserved dep. We had to cancel the deal as the bike had a engine noise and oil leaks. When we requested the 5k dep back , we sent them the statement and a pop yet that was not enough, they had numerous excuses . We still have not received anything except excuses. I will never ever recommend them.
