Horrible after sales service,

Can never get hold of the salesman, or manager A week has gone buy we still waiting on a refund, The vehicle license is behind and was assured verbally that WeBuyCar will take responsibility for any fine received, the traffic cop advised this is not the case I need some form of written consent I don’t even know when the change of ownership will be done, no one communicates as a follow up
