Bad after sales service

Bad after sales service. I Bought a car on the 20th of August 2022 and still didn't received my registration papers or my Number plats. if I ask them what is the progress with my paper and number plats , the only feedback is ( Sir it tacks up to 21 working days) well that has pass and still I need to follow up on the non progress of my papers
