Bad after sales service and misleading Dekra Reports!!!

Unfortunately im currently experiencing terrible after service from WeBuy Cars.. I bought a 2011 BMW E90 from their brance in Brackenfell. Car looked great on face value and the so called Dekra report showed that everything was fine.. Not even 2months after buying the car im having engine problems due to overheating. I took the car to a mechanic who ran a diagnostics test indicating that the radiator fan is faulty. Received a quote of R14k to have it repaired.. I contacted WEbuy cars and the friendly female consultant told me that because it still falls within the 6months period I can either take the car back or have it fixed, they will do the repairs since they are liable.. I completed the complaint review and forwarded the quite.. Two weeks after a consultant from their headoffice contacted me and I explained everything. Again i was asked to forward quote and he will escalate my case because the car is faulty and after checking the Report he also confirms that the branch in Brackenfell dis not mention anything abt a coooling system that was faulty. He then said based on that They will assist me!!!!! Low and behold after countless attempts to dodge me my father receives a call saying the claim has been turned down.. How the hell do u sell vehicles on face value and lie in the reports??? Or did u think im a woman that i can be taken for a fool... I want my money back and Webuy cars and take their car back.. Im busy with a court case!! I will not stop..
