Bad after sales experience at We buy Cars Durban

Bought a car at we buy cars Durban 2 weeks ago. Just made me sign the Dekra report as the sales gentleman said everything was in order car was like new. After 2 weeks our left bumper fell off and inside the bumper it was placed on with *****s. And the inside bumper was cracked.

Reported this and they just said sorrt you signed the dekra report. The mechanical even stated this was replaced before, it was never mentioned in the Dekra report.

The service is bad.
