Bad

Bad experience, I bought a Volkswagen t6 from we buy cars in Silverlake and as always I went through the inspection report, the bus needed some attention but engine, gearbox and body was perfect according to their report.vi picked up the bus on Tuesday 3rd of February and on Wednesday I noticed a oil on paving but I though maybe it was dirty and I took the bus to be cleaned underneath and Thursday oil was still leaking. I wrote an email Thursday night letting them know about the oil leakage and I got the automated reference number and they promised me they will come back to me within 24hrs but nothing I had to phone Monday 8th February to do the follow up only to be told that they didn't receive my and they having system problem.

I was told to take the bus to any RMI approved workshops to be checked and I raised the payment issue with one of the consultant and told be told that they won't cover the R695 inspection cost and I have to pay it. I decided to contact the sale consultant in Silverlake and he advised me to take the bus we buy cars Vereeniging to inspected and I was referred to their preferred workshop. This new company that WE BUY CARS is using is useless, how can you miss oil leakage on the car, was the car inspected fully? I took me a day to notice the oil leaks without even going under the car. Both rear window are not opening. I think those are some of the things they should have picked up. I'll be happy to buy a car knowing all thier problem before I can even pay. This is my 4th car I'm buying from WE BUY CARS and I never had problem with the past 3 cars because I was told about their faults and I was happy because I had a budget to fix the listed problem. For me go buy one rear window it will cost almost R1000 second glass and I have to pay for 2. This time I'm not happy fix your problem with inspecify, some of consultant from your branch in Vereeniging told me that they having lots of problems since Dektra was removed.
