BACKFLIPS THROUGH HOOPS

WORST EXPERIANCE EVER, THEY MAKE THE MESTAKE AND NOW WE!!! HAVE TO JUMP THROUGH ALL SORTS OF HOOPS!!!

We tried to by a KTM Duke 390 from them Day 1 We equire about the vehicle in the morning and was told a sales consultant will contact us... In the afternoon we called again, same ting a sales consultant will contact us

Day 2 We reserved the vehicle before 8 in the morning Past 8 call in them same thing a Sales consultant will contact us. Afternoon past 11 STILL NO CALL!!! so we called again, ONLY to find out no the motorcycle has been sold 3 days ago. We request a refund and want to speak to a MANAGER, a MANAGER WILL CALL US BACK. 4 in the afternoon, STILL NO REFUND AND NO CALL FROM MANAGER!!!

DAY 3 We called again to fined out what s happening only to get told that no they can't issue the refund with a sorry excuse that they can't for some stooped reason that there is no account details linked to ID number... But Hay there is now 5K in our we buy cars account that WE CAN'T REFUND!!!! Oh and STILL NO CALL FROM MANAGER!!!!

DAY 4 We decided to try and use the money on the account to reserve another Vehicle but ultimately we can't even do that!!!! So I tried to use it for the AUTION bit but HEY!! I CAN'T DO THAT ETHER!!!

I called to ask about this and they say no you can't use that money to use for the auction and so I requested a refund and was told I should send and Email to them for a refund... And STILL NO CALL FROM MANAGER!!! regarding this issue. They make a BIG mistake but no its fine WE WILL MAKE THE CLIENT THROW BACKFLIPS THROUGH HOOPS JUST SO THE CAN TRY AND GET THEY'R MONEY BACK!!!!
