awnser my questions on hallopeter please

dear webuycars you have been avoiding my questions by saying either the matter wil be investiged or acording to you the matter have been finalized so can you please just awnser the following two questions on this hallo peter platforn so we both have proof that you responded. 1. I bought a landcruiser from nelspruit branch the dakra report indicated chassis as normal after i recieved it i found the chassis was rusted out and broken in two unfit for road use (send you fotos) the question as follow are you going to take any responsability and asisst a simple yes or no please. 2. When I bought this vehicle you charged me a documentation fee six months later i have not recieved any documents (natis) the question is there documentation for this vehicle and if yes can you suplly me with contact detail and why thy have not forward it to me. I would like to confirm again please dont divert me to a nother platform your responds should cover my questions
