Awful customer service/ empty promises

So many issues with this company it is unbelievable. Not one person tells you the same thing. From faulty cars, to falsely bill for tolls, no replies, empty promises to waiting for your money back and all that they ever reply with is sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience. That sorts nothing. I have seen hundreds of negative comments on Facebook. There is not enough space to put all my issues down, but bottom line, this was an awful experience which is a pity, cause I would of needed their services in the future
