Awful all round

Just awful. There is not one agent you speak to that cares. I have had the phone put down on me 11 times. All of which was when I was completely calm. They all just pretend they cannot hear you. Chloe the person in finance is an absolute joke. How is there only one person you can speak to and if you are lucky enough to not have the phone put down on you it's only to say she is busy and there is nothing they can do...what is this?
