I went to the Silverlakes branch to buy a car. Unfortunately I couldn't get the one i was looking for but then something happened. Shannon, thank you for doing more than expected. We didn't leave there empty handed but with something better. We spent a whole day sorting paperwork and sorting deals. Shannon and Annelee, it was worth every minute. Thank you for your friendly service. Who ever is in charge of these two girls....they should get a raise! I will recommend this branch. Thank you to everybody...even the kiosk guy :). We are happy with our new wheels and we will be back. Keep up the good work. Regards Luan
