Avoid WeBuyCars at all costs.

On 2024-08-29 I took delivery a 2015 Audi A4 from we buy cars (Riverhorse) which then started having mechanical issues. I then lodged a concern on the website case No: 74603 that same evening. And returned the vehicle to the branch the next day 2024-08-30.

It has now been one month and this issue is not resolved. The urgency of this matter was well expressed at the beginning of the month, and I was assured multiple times that it would be resolved before the debit date.

Today 2023-10-01 My account was debited for a vehicle that I had for literally hours. This has been the most frustrating process, and through the process I'm stuck without a vehicle because I can't finance another one. If anyone is planning to buy from WeBuysCars, take this as a lesson, this is what you have to deal with, slow process from a big company and pathetic customer care.
