Avoid WBC, Car lasted for 6 days….. Reservation has still not been refunded 😫 Experience from hell. Buy at your own risk 🚮

I bought a vehicle for over R400 000 on the 14th of October 2024 . 7 days later I saw a huge white cloud of smoke coming from the exhaust pipes.

The vehicle was diagnosed by the manufacturer and confirmed to need repairs of up to R20 000

The car is still at the repairer awaiting authorisation from manage to proceed with repairs. ( it’s been 3 days🤦♀️) . The repair is excluded from the famous We Buy Cars warranty 🤡 .

This car is now sitting at BMW waiting for approval from We Buy Cars which should arrive round about the same time as Jesus.

They still haven’t refunded my R10k reservation fee, 10 days later 😂 it’s a circus !!! The sales consultant Sipho is a joke !!! Terrible service - We Buy Car Midstream and Head Office !!! Keep in mind I serviced this car at BMW and bought new tyres for it while it was still at We Buy Cars 🤡

They are also claiming to have lost the owners manual which I saw prior to purchasing the vehicle . 🤡
