They will purposefully run you around in circles until you either give up, or their 6 month commitment runs out if you ever experience any issues with your car.

They purposefully make the process of getting assistance extremely complicated and refuse to assist you with any part of it.

I have been struggling for almost 5 months to get the aircon compressor fixed on my car. It seized two weeks after purchase.

They assigned me multiple agents.

I call them multiple times a day, everyday. I send emails everyday.

They never respond. They never take your calls.

The operator tells you the agent "helping" you is busy and that they will call you back.

They never ever do.
