AVOID AT ALL COSTS (Please Read)!!!!!!!!!

Please read!!!!! (To the poor customer/ possible customer that might purchase the GSA R1*** model)

I bought a GSA R1200 Adventure from them at the beginning of April after I was assured that there was nothing wrong with the vehicle. I then made the 4-hour trip to go and purchase the bike. I was then allowed to test drive the bike only in the parking lot. This is where I should have noted the first red flag. I then made the 4-hour trip back home with the 4-hour trip back with motorbike without knowing that it could have fallen apart at any point on the trip. There were numerous bolts missing on the bike, including bolts from the shock mounts.

I decided to take the bike to get checked out and got a quote for the repairs. It totaled more than R40 000, excluding repairs on the drive shaft and engine block. I then contacted WeBuyCars Germiston, where I was told that they would not assist with paying for any of the repairs. The sales manager then contacted me after a few days saying that I had the chance to test drive the vehicle and inspect it on the floor so these repairs would be my responsibility.

I can give them credit for their customer care. I took the case further and reported it to their customer care, and they handled the entire situation. I have now been refunded for the full amount, unfortunately not for the R10 000 I had already spent on repairing the bike. Don't be fooled, this is a long process, and I have not had transport for more than a month while this was being handled.

I also received a call from the Germiston branch recently asking me why the bike is back at the branch. So it seems that there is also terrible communication within the company as they were not even aware that the transaction was being canceled. I was also notified that the bike will most likely just be repriced and sold as is to the next poor guy who doesn't know what's wrong with it.

If you are considering doing business with them, by all means do, especially if you are selling something that no one would buy because it's falling apart. From reading a few of their other reviews, it seems like they are good at polishing a turd so that they can turn a profit. I just wish I had known this sooner. If you are planning on buying something from them, on the other hand, don't!!!!! You will be saving yourself a lot of trouble.

I have rated them one star because this is the lowest possible rating allowed. The only good service I received was from customer service.
