Auction Won But awarded for someone else!!… Bull****!!

I bid a vehicle online, I have been on it for more than 24hours, I even make my way to there showroom as early as 9am this morning. I bidded and have a congratulation message that I won the bidding. Was waiting to test drive and all of a sudden I was told another dealership got it.. I showed them a screenshot and proof, all they do was pushing me around like a kid!!.. This is not professional… I have sold my cars to you guys and here to buy a car, You told me its sold to someone else.. I have all proofs and I was told thats shows I won the bidding!!…
