Auction refund still missing

I put R5000.00 into the "Webuycars" account so I could take part in the auction. I made three automobile bids. I did manage to purchase one vehicle (a Peugeot 2008 1.6HDI Allure) through the "Webuycars" auction; the vehicle was located in the Germiston branch. I paid for the automobile in full, but I never received my return. When I called the Germiston location to ask about a refund, Selwyn M. indicated they were busy processing refunds. Later, a caller informed me that I would not be getting a refund since I had placed many bids on cars. Please assist
