Auction misleading

I’m so disappointed with the online auction, we were bidding for a Kia Cerato and at 12:00 we had the winning bid which flashed successful for a few seconds at R72500 which lasted until 12:01 but it seems we buy cars doesn’t adhere to its own rules as they reopened the auction for the vehicle until 12:10 where the bid went up to R85000 it felt like a slap as we played by your rules but it seems the cars are reserved for a select few to buy. Now we find out that it also take 72 hours to refund our auction deposit. Feels like we are being taken for a ride.
