Auction is a dumping ground for bad vehicles and there is no recourse to consumer protection act

Purchased a vehicle on auction. Dekra all clear and roadworthy done - don't put any faith in this. Major problems with the ignition and overheating. A test drive didn't pick the problem up either but when I found an information sheet from webuycars stating the overheating issue in the cubby I realised that they did me in. NB: The consumer protection act will not protect you in an auction - you will need to prove that they did this deliberately and intentionally can't wait for the class action lawsuit.
