Auction bids
1.I reserved a car and tried calling Montana to find out if the car is still reserved under my name as you app wasn't showing that I reserved a car...I later sent an email and got a response...the guy promised to go check the car and confirm but he never did...I have proof of emails where he was saying he probably mixed me up with another client...I then immediately texted on WhatsApp where he never responded till today ..I then saw that the car is back on the market and decided to bid for an SUV... 2.I lost my bid where my husband was now worried that I have been loosing bids and might loose my money...He then asked if I can be able to cancel the bid,I reassured him that as long as I lost the bid I will get my money back...I screenshot the history of the bid to show him that I lost on that one and we can't go on as it was out of our budget...A few minutes later I received an email with a performa invoice...I was amazed and delayed response since I was busy at work...I then reached out to the guy from Vereeniging who contacted me via email since my line doesn't work when I'm at work...I then told him what happened... Seeing no response I decided to call customer care where I was given a reference 136310 on Thursday and I was told they will call back.. I still haven't received any calls back or anything from We buy cars....
I ask that I get my money back so I can buy another car...I would honestly understand if I won a bid on a car that I bidded and I fail to settle the balance as I have read and understand the Terms and conditions....The fact that there is not communication or at least an update on the issue tells me more about how you run your business and I would rather not associate with you.
