ATTENTION!! DO NOT USE WE BUY CARS!!!! My Story: I app**** for Financing on a car through WeBuyCars. My Financing was approved. The car that I app**** for Financing for was then reserved for someone else. I thought ok that's fine let me find another car. I found another car at another branch that was also reserved but I said to the person I was dealing with that if that reservation falls through I want that car. The reservation fell through, I am then told they are going to reserve the car for me. Another day passes. (I have to contact them of course because why would they contact someone who is trying to by a car from them) Anyway I contact them and they tell me sorry the car has been reserved for someone who's financing still hasn't even been cleared, (Remember my financing has been approved). I contact them to find out what the **** is going on I thought you were reserving the car for me. They said sorry the people at the other branch reserved the car for someone else. Now I'm really annoyed anyway it gets worse. I have to then contact them again because well you know thats what you have to do when you have your finances approved and want to buy a car from a place that has sales people that are meant to want to sell you cars. Anyways, The second person who didn't have financing for the car falls through and so I was like now I can finally reserve the car right. So I contact WeBuyCars again and finally I get assigned a sales person. Wow finally someone who is going to reserve the car for me. They say they are going to reserve the car for me. Anyway at the end of the day I phone to find out when can we arrange for me to go buy the car. Guess what they have reserved it for another ****ing person who doesn't even have financing approved yet. How the **** does a company who has sales people reserving cars for people allow someone who doesn't have financing to get reservation rights on a car that I a person who has approved financing for ahead of them.

Questions you need to ask yourself before using this company:

Why spend money at a company that makes it so hard to spend it with them? What is the service like if there is a problem with the car, if the process of giving them money for a car is so hard?
