At WeBuyCars to 'secure' a vehicle you want to purchase while all paper work is done you need to pay upfront a deposit of R5000. At the end of the day I wasn't taking the vehicle I put the deposit down for, deposit was made the 18th. On the 21st I let the sales rep know I'm taking the vehicle and sent all required documents needed for refund. The 24th I followed up asking how long refunds take and I was told 72hrs. Then the 28th was asked for a letter which I sent on the 30th which wasn't read until the 11th of June. The 6th of June I sent a message to follow up, message wasn't read until the 11th of June. 11th of June I phoned complaints to lay a complaint about this pathetic situation and all of a sudden the sales rep starts reading all my messages. This is terrible. Quick to take money but not to return it.
