Arrogant service people, Dishonest dekra report

Bought a car in February, car had issues, told them immediately about issues. the car dekra report was wrong and I now see it was forged because there was way more wrong with the car then they admitted. This is we buy cars centurion

I have followed all lines and channels of complain or communication to get this sorted and nothing has happened to date. I have escalated the matter to branch manager and following this escalation point I would have respectfully spoken to everyone because I am forced to go outside for help.

I am starting to feel my skin color is a problem for these people just from the level of treatment I have received.
