Arrogant and insulting

It is actually quite horrific on how badly they treat their customers. We bought a vehicle from them 2022, minor issues. Decided we have to sell the car again and went back to them. We bought the car for R230 000. 2 years later, they are willing to buy the car for R100 000. This is just plainly an insult. The retail value of the vehicle is between R190 000 and R200 000. Webuycars has gotten so arrogant that they think they can offer any pathetic offer on a vehicle, when infact they are just losing 2 sales, a horrible review and comments to friends and family.
