Appalling service!

Absolutely pathetic service and *****ing people over and wasting their time. My girlfriend has been struggling her ass off o get a vehicle. First she won a bid on a vehicle in PE and when she went to check it wasn't quite what she wanted. The agent told her its fine, she won't lose her R5000 deposit if she buys something else. A week later the money is gone from the account and no customer service is responding to her. She then confirms a purchase of a vehicle in George while in Cape Town and they said they will deliver it the following day. After waiting literally the whole day, they delivered the wrong effing vehicle. Best part of it all, the vehicle she was buying is now on auction and she can't upright purchase it. This place is retarded!
