Any one wanting to buy a car from We Buy Cars - think twice!! Rather dont!!

I Recently purchased a car in December 2023. I was assisted from a their application ladies (F&I manager and assistant) once my Vehicle Finance was approved. the F&I assistant took me through all thedocs I needed to complete before vehicle could be collected (on the 18 Dec 2023) the Assistant on collecting of my new car, said that I qualify for no payment January as We Buy Cars is running a campaign for people purchasing in December. and that I would only start to pay from end Feb 2024. I thought Great Stuff- We Buy Cars was good choice to go through.

little to my surprise come January after my salary date, my 1st car installment went off. when I try call the F&I manager from the Dome branch no answer. I try call the F&I assistant who mostly I delt with in Dec cause her manager was all over the show supporting other branches during December. I found out that the assistant has now left We Buy Cars. eventually I get a message on watsapp from the F&I manager - Christine (Very professional) not even a call back, that no this was a miscommunication and this only came into effect January. to my reply no answer, the following day I go through to the Dome We Buy Cars, get to speak to her. (Christine) I get told apologies they do understand my frustration, however the promotion only went through in January and for certain models only and if bought through Wesbank finance. And that she would get her manager involved in the morning and give me call back on the outcome. still as of yet no call back and even blue tick on my messages.

Is this how WE Buy Cars does business? once you get the sale then your customers must ****** off?

and your Staff dont take this kind of matter seriously that they have given misguiding information that has now financially impacted me. And when asking Christine to get her manager to call me back I just get blue ticked.

I will be raising this with the CPA as well as Motor industry Ombudsman as We Buy Cars gives misleading information which comes with financial impact towards their clients and they dont even bother to resolve this matter and leave their clients to beggar off in worse off position thanks to them!!
