Anti theft lock nut key

I bought a car from the Silverlakes branch. The sales person said if there is any problems I must just phone him and he will help where he can. When I arrived at home and about 2weeks later I phoned him and asked where the anti theft wheel lock nut key is because I can not take my wheels off. After numerous whatsapp’s and phone calls the sales person just said every time he will find out and come back to me but I do not get any reply from them.
