Angry, ****ed off and regretting

I am still awaiting a Disc and Registration Plate that they promised to deliver. That was at point of sale. Is it the first time they sell a car to someone qho doesn't stay arround JHB for them not to know the procedure. Worse part is that the Disc expires on 3 days from today.
