***** and Theft

All the brances from WBC have the same attitude and follow the same instructions from head office....they are ALL equally ******* and *****ed... and it seems like each employee is involved in this horrible and disgusting human behavior. Having an absolute miserable experience with We Buy Cars Richmond, head office and the salesman Nicky v Niekerk, after a sale could not proceed due to their head of finance, I cancelled my purchase and requested my deposit and auction deposit that I had previously paid into my AR account to be refunded. This was all done on the same day as I was there and the sale could not proceed

Mr v Niekerk led me to believe that he would handle the refund in its entirety and it is in order and nothing is wrong...and then at a later date confirmed with me in a voicenote the amount to be settled...of R6500....only a partial refund of R2500 was made with R4000 outstanding.

The customer care office informs me, weeks later of me enquiring and following their process, that this money has been forfeited to the salesman at the branch...

No documentation warned of this... the website clearly states deposits will be refunded if no sale is made.... and only if an amount is to be settled and is not withing 48hrs, only then can the deposit be forfeited... but I cancelled the sale on the exact same day, in a voice note to the salesman Mr N v Niekerk.

Clearly the cancellation of the sale was delayed in order for them to *******ly keep my money, i have evidence of this, my AR account was loaded with a minus amount for the car while we were trying to process the sale, and even after cancellation on the same day my AR account reflected that minus amount for almost a week, i had to screenshot that and send it to Mr v Niekerk and he reassured me nothing is out of the ordinary and its just how long it takes, alll of this is on voicenotes

This organization and dishonest salespeople needs to start facing legal action for these behaviors in South Africa, this is why out society is so rotten, because of these companies and people's behaviors...the google reviews are literally full of horror stories of *******, dishonest ruthless individuals and employees and reflects extremely poorly on the owners of the business.

The salesman and We buy cars are committing ***** and this is absolutely disgusting business practices.
