And the bad experience continues with we buy cars!!

On 21 May 2024 I wrote my review on We Buy Cars and received the following response:

Till date, no feedback at all on my previous review:

I bought in September 2023 a V40 T3 INSCRIPTION GEARTRTONIC 2016 from We buy cars branch in Brakenfell and till date after numerous of calls and promises I still did not received my license and registration documents.

I even spoke to the sales person on WhatsApp messenger and he stated that they will courier it to me. This was a month after I bought my car.

My concern is that I have to pay for a service that I did not received and it is now almost 8 months later and yet no papers whatsoever!

Although I have a copy of my Natis document, after constantly asked for service and assistance, I can not go to my local Traffic License department for I am working on a mine outside my home town and must travel early in the morning a 125km to be on time and after working hours I have to travel another 125km to get back home and then the Traffic License Department is already closed. The only day of for me is on Sundays.

I have logged numerous complaints on this mater on the we buy cars website, only to receive an email, on 13 May 2024 stating the following :

"Good Morning,

I have sent a follow up email again as I have also not received any news as yet.

Apologies for the inconvenience caused.

Thank you.

8 Days later, still no calls from we buy cars or any updates!

The fact that I constantly must call and send messages to get this finalized is a huge concern and bad service, that will result me to end up with fines!
