we bought an 8 ton truck @ 30000km via finance, 6 months later @ 37000km, it has a power problem and breaks down. We reported this to the branch and found that the contracts manager did not issue us an extended warranty as mandatory for vehicles with an active service warranty and the currency warranty has just expired. We launched a case at head office and the lady Cheryl was assigned , she was so arrogant and unhelpful.

In summary we were not helped, the case was deemed as closed and we were left with a broken down new new truck which we had to fix on our own.
