Amazing Experience From Webuycars PE

I would like to write a review about Webuycars Port Elizabeth and more especially the sales executive Mr Nathi Sisilana. The service that I received from Nathi was amazing from start to finish. It is by far one of the best experiences I have encountered in my many years of buying cars, from a salesperson. I requested information online about the car and by the next morning, I received a call from Nathi to advise me further on the vehicle, it’s condition and the full terms that I must consider when buying the car. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the car and could explain all of my queries in detail. He also arranged for the vehicle to be transported from PE to JHB for me and took care of all of the arrangements. He also provided detailed, up to date tracking information on my car until it landed at WBC JHB South. He arranged for an equally polite and service oriented, gentleman here, by the name of Karabo, who did the actual handover, which in itself was painless, and seamless. I took delivery of my car and it was exactly as Nathi explained it to me. I am very happy with my purchase and especially grateful to Nathi for affording me a ‘wow’ customer experience for the full journey, of my purchase. Well done Nathi.
