All time number one "Trash service"

Mluleki. This guy is truly irresponsible and lazy and completely unprofessional and careless.

I purchased the vehicle from the WeBuyCars Dome branch. Within just three days of purchase, the car broke down, and I requested repairs. Naturally, there was absolutely no mention of this issue in any report prior to the purchase, and they sold us the car claiming that the roadworthy certificate was already completed. Since we had a warranty, all they needed to do was immediately proceed with the repairs, but they failed to carry them out for more than five days. During that time, yet another problem occurred with the vehicle.

Concluding that they sold us a vehicle that was fundamentally unsafe to drive, I requested a refund. It seemed like the refund process was finally moving forward, but they began dragging their feet, constantly delaying it and putting off my refund with an extremely unfaithful and unprofessional attitude.

He promised to get back to us about returning the car and issuing a refund, but he broke his promise entirely. On top of that, he wasted so much time arguing with the other workshop without even checking the facts properly.

The other workshop definitely sent multiple emails with the files attached to Mluleki several times, and they even shared those exact emails with us and we already checked. Yet, Mluleki is the only one lying and claiming he didn't receive them.

This perfectly explains why WeBuyCars is rated 2.1 stars.

I intend to send direct messages to all ten board members of WeBuyCars via their LinkedIn profiles. And just so you know, all legal measures are well underway, so I hope the person in charge is ready to pay the price for their dereliction of duty and for treating the customer like a fool. We raised this issue back on May 28th and are still waiting for a resolution. *We are saving all call recordings, email histories, and messages. *case no : 143265

They never, ever call. They are probably too afraid to call the customer because they know they are in the wrong.

Even though the customer is absolutely furious right now and preparing to take every possible measure, they have no solution to offer. They are just hiding behind emails, proving nothing but their own stupidity.

Why should the customer have to constantly track this and follow up? It is only normal for the person in charge to keep providing updates. Without a doubt, this company offers the absolute worst service.

I wonder if they contacted Hellopeter to block my basic account. My account, which used to log in just fine, is no longer logging in. As a developer, I am all too fami**** with these kinds of situations. It is clear that they blocked it, but if they have gone so far as to block this account as well, I will submit this to the court as part of the evidence list as well.
