All I Want Is The Tracking Device

I sold a vehicle to WEBUYCARS and had advised the representative(Ritesh) that the vehicle had a tracking device and that I would have to have it removed by the tracking company....a few weeks later I tried to contact the representative but after many failed attempts at calls and voicemails I could not get in touch with him which led me to call the Durban branch and was told that the vehicle had been sold. I asked the consultant if she would liaise with the customer on my behalf and enquire a suitable time and place where the customer felt safe and comfortable and I would get the tracking company to remove the device. The customer who purchased the vehicle is not willing to compromise and allow us to remove that device which I am still paying for on a monthly basis....
