Agents driving vehicles over weekends

Very dissatisfied with information provided online and by telephone. My wife and I wanted to view and buy a Honda HRV advertised to be available at Silverlakes. Before we left home(JHB) we phoned to confirm that the vehicle is at the branch. When we arrived we were told that the vehicle was taken home for the weekend by one of their dealers. Who knows what happens to the vehicle when its not on the floor? This calls into question the validity of the information online, i.e. the Dekra report, which is the only info the buyer can rely on. Really ruined our experience.
