Aftersales service disappointing
I bought a car on an online auction and was very happy with my purchase. However the aftersales service has left much to be desired. I was promised that my registration papers would be with me within a maximum of 21 days after purchase. I bought my car 25 days ago and am still waiting . I have attempted to follow up on my paperwork on numerous occasions but am repeatedly informed that it is still with the traffic department.I am thus unable to renew my vehicle licence.

08 Nov 2022, 14:21Hi not only have I not heard from any of your personal, but upon visiting my local traffic department I discovered that I was **** to and that the car is still registered to webuycars. I intend to approach the motor industry ombudsman unless this matter is dealt with in the next 24 hours!
