After service sucks

I bought a car on the 10th of September 2021 at brackenfell branch and everything went smoothly and I was informed that I will get an sms as soon as the car registration papers are ready which happened within a week. Now the problem is the car is still registered in Pretoria and as result i cannot do anything here in Cape Town and I spoke to Juan on numerous occasions and he keeps on saying he will check where as I'm stuck with an expired disc and I need the car to travel to another province for the holidays
