After sales services

I have purchased a car from your jhb south branch whas told in 21days paperwork for the car will be available upon viewing the car i have noticed the licence disc have expired the sales person told me do not worry licence disc and paperwork will all be sorted out so i have been waiting for the 21 day not hearing from the webuycars branch i have decided to call and follow-up on my log book and licence disc only then i whas informed by the sales person they are now applying for a duplicate so now i have a car that i can not use at all licence disc expired in February 2023 i am very disappointed in the after sale service received by webuycars jhb south branch
